DRUMDROPS IN DUB VOLUME TWO contains 24 different full-length drum rhythms. Drums, and percussion that is. Every rhythm comes with an accompanying Spring Reverb track. 

We're talking several gigabytes worth of high quality professional audio material here.

In order to have the recordings play along with other instruments, there are several files with tempo information. these files will enable you to sync the drum tracks with programms such as ProTools, Logic and Cubase.

RHYTHM NUMBER ONE - RHYTHM NUMBER TWO

It's one of the best ways to check out this product. Connect the bassguitar and the computer to a mixing board, start up an mp3 player and run the previews. Listen to the introduction roll and start playing the bassguitar a' la improvisee.

For this review, there have been several of such jam sessions. Deliberatly, rhythms were chosen at random and everytime the basslines simply came into existance.

Play along with the previews, and one of the first things you will feel is how the rhythms can definitely be described in this one word: intuitive. These rhythms are, without exception, pure feeling. 

The introduction rolls give a short summary of the vibe-to-come and as soon as your fingers start touching the bass strings you will find how Horseman pulls the basslines out of you in no time.

Most rhythms are in One Drop style. There's a considerable amount of steppers as well as some Two Drops. So the emphasis is on Roots.

In a subtle way, Horseman leads by giving so much variation in his rhythms that it's a true joy listening to some stricktly drum and bass alone. And that is a sign that these rhythms will eventually lead DUB producers to hard, tough DUBS.
